Mr. Morse was an editor for over 15 years of The Policy, the quarterly newsletter for the Insurance Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association. He has written and lectured on topics including comprehensive general liability coverage, the duty to defend, homeowners and umbrella policies, uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage, lead paint poisoning, car rental coverage issues, coverage for drive by shootings and carjackings, and insurance coverage for employment torts, med-pay and ERISA disputes, before the Illinois Defense Counsel, the ISBA LawEd Series, the CBA, the NAII and for many insurance clients.

Mr. Morse co-authored the Comprehensive General Liability Chapter in the Attorney’s Guide to Liability Insurance published by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE), and a comprehensive 100-page discussion of Illinois uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage.
